Shipping & Returns
Please allow approximately two weeks for shipping.
All orders are shipped, within two days of full payment, via USPS and will be insured for the full order value.
A tracking number will be provided via email upon request.
Do not ship anything back to us unless those arrangements have been made with us. Please follow the RETURNS or DAMAGED SHIPMENT policies if applicable.
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or shipment delivery.
Products must be in original condition and original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. If you are not able to visit The Handcraft Store in person to return a product then please call or email us to authorize the return BEFORE you ship anything to us.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED SHIPMENTS!
If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging you should take pictures of the packaging BEFORE you open it to examine the contents. Any damage to the contents should also be documented with photographs.
If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim with the post office is settled. You may be asked to take the damaged items to your local Post Office™ for inspection. Please do not reship the package.
Instructions on how to file a claim can be found at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . You will need to show proof of value (receipt) and proof of damage (pictures) to support your claim.
